Process
improvement and training consultant mainly within the FDA regulated
industry. Since May 2005 he is fully devoted to consulting under his
own company (Business Excellence Consulting), focusing on training
and implementation of lean-six sigma initiatives and CAPA-Root cause
Analysis workshops. More than sixty clients covering the whole
spectrum of FDA regulated industry (drugs, medical devices, biotech
and food). Among them, most of the Fortune 500 Life-Sciences
corporations established in PR as well as companies in Singapore,
Malaysia, Indonesia, Dominican
Republic, Costa Rica, Continental USA, and Spain.

Worked with
Abbott Diagnostic Division during twelve years (1993-2005) reaching
the position of technical director of the Barceloneta (PR)
manufacturing plant leading a group of more than one hundred
scientists and technicians.

ASQ Certified as
Six Sigma Black Belt, Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, Quality
Auditor, Biomedical Auditor, HACCP Auditor, and Professional GMP.
